Your Mission: You are the engine of commercial execution in our pharmacy network. In collaboration with the various teams of the banner, you ensure that Familiprix's strategies, programs, and standards are deployed rigorously, adopted by members, and generate concrete results. At the helm of the retail operations team, you transform strategic orientations into field actions, ensuring a uniform, high-performing, and profitable experience for the entire network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define strategic priorities and guide the actions of the retail operations team to ensure exemplary execution of the banner's commercial and operational strategies
  • Inspire, mobilize, develop, and support managers and advisors to build a highly performing, engaged, and results-oriented team
  • Support pharmacy owners in growing their business, improving profitability, and optimizing overall performance
  • Maximize adherence, execution quality, and results of the banner's strategic initiatives, including Familiplus, private brands, merchandising, customer experience, and other key programs
  • Develop a true partnership with pharmacy owners and managers to mobilize the network around a common vision, promoting consistent and high-performing execution across all pharmacies
  • Drive network performance using key indicators, analyze results, and implement necessary action plans to continuously improve in-store execution
  • Serve as the voice of the field to internal teams and influence different functions of the organization to develop applicable, effective, and tailored solutions for members' needs
  • Prioritize high-value projects, optimize work processes, and ensure rigorous management of human, financial, and material resources
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, collaboration, and performance within your team and across the network
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, supply chain, and technology teams to ensure integrated execution of strategies and accelerate network performance
  • All other tasks related to the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including several years in management
  • Significant experience in retail
  • Excellent ability to influence, mobilize, and manage change
  • Strong orientation towards results and continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in performance indicators and technological tools
  • Availability for travel within the Quebec pharmacy network
  • Bilingualism (French and English), an asset
