• *Do you have what we're looking for?*
• University or college degree in human resources, administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent knowledge of social media and recruitment strategies.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); knowledge of Workday and PLUM is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• *Here's a typical day*
• Collaborate with Directors to understand their recruitment needs and define the desired profile.
• Write and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Screen applications, conduct pre-selection interviews, and recommend the best candidates.
• Perform reference checks, background checks, and support managers in the hiring process.
• Follow up with candidates after their hire.
• Search for new talent using social media, candidate databases, and various recruitment strategies.
• Recommend the best recruitment channels and participate in talent attraction events when necessary.
• Keep job descriptions and job profiles up to date to ensure uniformity across the Region.
• Manage job profiles in PLUM and ensure their accuracy during postings.
• Participate in HR documentation management, including employee files and workplace relations documents.
• Contribute to various continuous improvement projects in human resources.
