Administrative Agent, Class 2 - Indigenous Telehealth

Mandate

The CHUM has implemented a telehealth program in addiction to reach remote regions and facilitate accessibility. This program allows for:

• Offering specialized clinical services at a distance
• Providing support to local teams
• Conducting bidirectional exchange activities

The telehealth team is looking for two agents to provide additional support to a meaningful project.

Requirements

High school diploma (DES) or equivalent recognized by the Ministry of Education of Quebec (MEQ) OR equivalence of studies completed outside Quebec issued by the Ministry of Immigration, Diversity and Inclusion (MIFI);

Relevant experience for the position, an asset;

Basic computer knowledge (test to validate);

Good communication skills, marked ability to work in a team, autonomy, and the ability to manage stress well.

Candidates will be subject to pre-selection tests (Excel, Word, French, English, and typing speed).
