Reporting to the territory supervisor, the daily worker is responsible for the daily operation and proper functioning of the equipment operating at the deposit point. A training program is offered to all new employees.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Operate the container recovery line to ensure continuous service;
• Process customer bags;
• Maintain the facility by keeping equipment and warehouse space clean;
• Operate the return system and other equipment;
• Operate various handling and storage equipment;
• Perform regular maintenance of workstations to keep the assembly area clean and organized;
• Conduct visual inspections of equipment;
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met;
• As needed, train colleagues and share knowledge;
• Perform other related tasks (e.g., preparation of shipments, inventory, reports, cleaning of work areas including the bathroom, etc.).

• Ability to work in a team;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Capacity for continuous learning and working autonomously;
• Ability to work in a constantly evolving and developing environment;
• Ability to use computer tools.

Requirements

• High school diploma (DES) or equivalent relevant experience;
• Possession of a forklift operator's license (asset);
• Proficiency in French;
• Respect of availability schedules;
• Ability to work in variable conditions (hot, cold, humid, noisy);
• Ability to perform repetitive movements;
• Capacity to lift loads of at least 20kg;
• Demonstrate adaptability.
