What will you contribute to the team?

• Define, implement, and evolve industrial engineering strategies to optimize operational performance;
• Design and maintain precedence diagrams for assembly stations;
• Balance workstations according to pace variations and establish work charts;
• Configure workstations and analyze material flows to adapt effectively to pace changes;
• Determine workforce needs by trade and plan their distribution by shift;
• Develop and track hour budgets according to aircraft configurations, while analyzing and explaining deviations;
• Define, track, and evolve performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency;
• Initiate, propose, and lead projects, including Kaizen workshops, 5S, plant layout, etc.;
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to address complex challenges and deploy sustainable solutions;
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management, ensuring clear and structured communication of issues and results.

How will you thrive in this role?

• You hold a Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent;
• You have relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment;
• You are proficient in Industrial Engineering concepts and tools (VSM, Flow Analysis, Capacity Analysis, etc.);
• You demonstrate project management skills;
• You are skilled at managing priorities and overcoming obstacles;
• You are highly proficient in communication and interpersonal relations (French and English);
• You are recognized for high levels of initiative, autonomy, and innovation;
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project.
