The company is always on the lookout for new opportunities and continues to grow year after year. The company manages and maintains a property portfolio of over 500,000 sq ft for approximately 50 tenants. The company's pride is to offer well-maintained quality spaces to its tenants.

In collaboration with the company's CEO, the Property Manager is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the property portfolio. He plans, coordinates, and supervises all work. He manages an internal maintenance team and serves as the main point of contact for issues related to the proper functioning of the buildings.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work on the buildings
• Negotiate service contracts with suppliers and ensure compliance
• Supervise a team of maintenance staff
• Coordinate interventions from external contractors and suppliers (plumbing, electricity, heating/cooling, elevators, etc.)
• Conduct regular building inspections and document the state of the premises
• Manage repair requests and follow up until resolution
• Plan and manage tenant improvement projects
• Develop and enforce the preventive maintenance schedule
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and building codes
• Participate in the development of the maintenance budget and monitor its implementation
• Manage building emergencies
• Collaborate with the administrative team for cost tracking and billing
• Participate in the development of new real estate projects
• Supervise construction work
• Desired Profile
• Strong negotiation skills
• Interest and knowledge in the construction field
• Experience in personnel management
• Valid driver's license
• Good communicator, leadership, and team spirit
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Sense of organization and ability to manage priorities

We are open to training a manager who may not have all the prerequisites but demonstrates a great willingness to develop in this position.

Salary: $50,000 to $80,000 per year
