Under the Store Manager, the priority of the Co-Manager is to promote a positive omnichannel shopping experience, build relationships with our loyal customers, and achieve incredible business results by demonstrating great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching team members. You will maximize store profitability by achieving and exceeding sales and productivity goals. Qualifications:

• High school diploma; post-secondary studies in business or a related field, an asset
• 2 years of experience in management, preferably in the fashion industry, or equivalent management experience
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented
• Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Show flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to identify and respond in a constantly evolving work environment by providing ideas and solutions that will have an impact
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Proficiency with social media, mobile devices, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), or OpenOffice
• Available to work in a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) as needed for business needs
