Description

Seasonal associates stimulate sales growth by working in various areas of the store during peak periods in our stores.

Customer service is always a priority, regardless of the work area. Seasonal associates provide assistance in various areas of the store, including display setup and/or cleaning, processing, restocking, the cash register, and sales.

Main Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers, interprets their cues, and responds effectively.
• Provides a friendly and efficient customer experience at the cash register by efficiently and accurately processing customer transactions.
• Offers customers the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Processes merchandise to be ready for display and ensures brand standards are met in the backroom and under display fixtures.
• Restocks merchandise according to brand standards to ensure products are displayed and available for purchase.
• Supports the implementation of other projects as needed, including markdowns, new labeling, and the out-of-stock marking process.
• Assists in maintaining the backroom and under-display fixtures, both for merchandise and non-merchandise, to ensure brand compliance and efficient restocking.
• Understands and embodies company values.
• Keeps a focus on bras as the most important and differentiating product, to build loyalty and support our "The Crème of Bras" culture.
• This position requires the ability to lift and carry objects up to 40 pounds, as well as physical movements such as bending, stretching, walking, and standing for prolonged hours as part of daily tasks.
• Minimum Salary: $17.00
• Maximum Salary: $20.40
