The salary scale will be updated upon renewal of the collective agreement. Upon hiring by the City, external candidates start at the minimum of the salary scale at a hourly rate of $22.54 (2025).

This process aims to fill 1 position (100563) for an indefinite period. Auxiliaries at the end of their term, or about to be, must attach to their application file, an email from their manager attesting to their situation.

OUR OFFER

The Finance Service is the guardian of public funds, its mission is to carry out strategic, operational and transactional activities in the financial field, according to the best practices of governance, management and control.

The Revenue Department manages taxation operations and billing transactions, combining customer service quality, innovation and efficiency.

Your Mandate

You perform, in one or more areas of business, administrative and operational support activities as well as various office tasks. More specifically, you:

  • open, create and maintain up-to-date files, coordinate their processing and ensure that files to be processed contain the required documents and information;
  • compile and transcribe data on various subjects requiring adjustment, updating, selection, sorting and packaging of documents, etc.;
  • complete, verify or certify various forms and ensure their compliance with supporting documents, regulations or directives;
  • provide customer service by phone and at the Finance and Property Assessment Service reception desk;
  • contribute to mailroom activities and ensure document filing.

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • High school diploma or professional studies diploma in a relevant field for the job
  • 1 year of experience in general office work, administrative support and customer service
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 features and the Oasis application, desirable
