Working at Studio Rabaska means enjoying our agility while benefiting from the expertise and strength of a recognized studio.
We are looking for a versatile and autonomous Marketing and Communications Officer to carry out the marketing of our experiences. Your mission: produce marketing content and assets on a daily basis, animate our social networks, and coordinate our service providers and event presences. A position at the intersection of marketing, communication, and events, for someone who loves to deliver a lot, quickly, and well.
Position: Temporary contract of 3 months renewable - 40h week (3 days/week in person)
Your Missions: From Production to Marketing
Production of marketing content and assets
- Graphic assets: Declination of visuals for social networks, the web, display, newsletters, and sales documents, based on our graphic charter and templates provided by our art director.
- Video and editing: On-site capture and editing of short formats (reels, shorts, vertical capsules), subtitling, and adaptation to each platform's formats.
- Writing: Writing and adapting marketing texts in French and English (captions, web pages, newsletters, press releases, B2B arguments).
- AI and workflow: Curiosity or experience in using AI tools to accelerate content production (declinations, retouching, subtitling, translation, ideation) is *required*.
- Social networks and community
- Editorial calendar: Construction and maintenance of a multi-platform publishing calendar (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), in French and English.
- Animation: Publishing, moderation, responding to comments and messages, monitoring conversations around our experiences.
- Performance: Tracking indicators (reach, engagement, traffic, ticketing conversions), reading results, and concrete adjustments to following content.
- Influence and creators: Identification of relevant content creators and media, contact, on-site welcome, and follow-up of outcomes.
Desired Profile
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in marketing, communication, content, or events. The portfolio and ability to deliver count more than the number of years.
- Real autonomy: You are self-taught, resourceful, and move forward without waiting for instructions. You have the energy of someone who would start their own project.
- Artistic eye: You deliver clean, on-brand assets ready to publish. Our art director provides the framework and validates the major orientations; they don't have to go back over every visual.
- Volume and pressure: You are comfortable with a sustained production pace, multiple projects in parallel, and tight deadlines, without compromising quality.
- Technical mastery: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or After Effects), Figma or Canva or Affinity Suite or DaVinci Resolve, mobile editing tools, publishing planners, Meta and Google advertising platforms, newsletters (Mailchimp, Brevo or equivalent), basics of web analytics.
- Bilingual writing: French-speaking work environment, very good French writing, English proficiency required for our tourist and international audience. Spanish is a bonus.
- Team spirit: Clear and effective communication, ability to work with technical and creative profiles. Autonomous and quickly available.
Considered an asset: an interest in video games, VR, immersive entertainment, or live performance, experience in ticketing or tourism, basics in photography, motion design, or TikTok community management.
