YOUR MISSION

• Account for marketing expenses and costs related to show sales and monitor them with clients
• Assist colleagues in accounting tasks related to touring shows and ensure proper accounting of operations under your responsibility (accounting entries, intercompany recharges)
• Reconcile reseller sales and monitor them (preparation of reports and invoicing, accounting entries, contact with sellers)
• Prepare invoicing for designers (royalties) and make the accounting entries related to them
• Prepare end-of-month analysis files to support accountants
• Prepare cost reports for operations
• Actively participate in the budgetary and financial forecasting process for the preparation of reports and data import into the financial system
• Prepare verification files and tax files related to the tasks performed
• Document your work procedures to facilitate interchangeability with colleagues

YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

• College diploma (DEC) or relevant work experience
• A minimum of three years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of SAP and Longview, an asset
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment autonomously
• Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
• Rigor and organization of work
• Enjoy working with colleagues in operations
