At the heart of quality control activities, the person holding this position contributes directly to the reliability and compliance of products, from the receipt of raw materials to finished products. - Perform microbiological and physico-chemical analyses as part of quality control;
- Interpret results, document analyses, complete required reports, and ensure quality data entry;
- Perform routine and periodic follow-ups in the laboratory;
- Ensure calibration, verification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment;
- Participate in process improvement activities;
- Perform any other tasks related to quality control.
- Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Hold a college diploma in food transformation technology from ITA or equivalent training;
- Have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in laboratory techniques in a food context, or another field (asset);
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, autonomous, and rigorous skills, and show initiative;
- Foster teamwork;
- Computer skills.
