*The Customer Account Representative (CAR) is an essential member of our internal sales team. You have the privilege of building strong relationships with each client and are the main point of contact for order placement. You work closely with our external sales team and warehouse team to ensure that deliveries are executed and communicated correctly to all parties involved in the shipping process.*

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the growth of sales and profitability of the client portfolio assigned to you and contributing to achieving branch and company objectives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (phone or email), take orders, and enter them into the computer system.
  • Advise customers and promote our products based on their needs, providing all required technical information.
  • Prepare and submit quotes, provide technical support, documentation, and any other necessary materials to customers.
  • Adhere to pricing structures and promotions and work collaboratively with sales and branch teams.
  • Maintain and optimize strong business relationships with existing customers while developing the potential of new clients through professional and effective solutions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and after-sales service.
  • Participate in product training when required.
  • Show proactivity in finding sustainable and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Perform any other related tasks as needed.

What You Will Bring

  • Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Strong customer service-oriented motivation and ability to build long-term sales-focused relationships.
  • Ability to adapt well in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
  • Background demonstrating quick response to customer needs and effective decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Bilingualism to communicate with partners across the country (an asset);
