The role of Branch Manager is strategic to ensure the effective management of operations, sales development, and our team while representing the company's values and standards.
What you will accomplish with us
- HUMAN RESOURCES:
- Is responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve set goals
- Create a motivating, sales-oriented work environment that respects the company's values
Ensure the development of staff skills under supervision by identifying training needs to ensure a succession plan.
Define and implement the annual goals of the branch staff (SMART) and ensure their follow-up.
Ensure compliance with and application of company standards OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT: Lead the daily operations of the branch.
Ensure the maintenance and application of health and safety rules and processes within the branch.
Ensure quality and visually appealing merchandising for customers.
Support the team for more complex files requiring advanced expertise.
Coordinate activities within the branch.
Ensure proper management of branch transportation costs by enforcing current policies.
Understand market needs to achieve optimal stock management for the branch
Ensure that the branch has the required products for its customers. Work jointly with the procurement department to follow up on the necessary products for the branch.
Plan and participate in the annual inventory taking CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Ensure exceptional customer service by guaranteeing a positive customer experience.
Develop the commercial aspect, identify growth opportunities, and implement sales strategies.
Develop and maintain profitable and sustainable business relationships for the company.
Implement corporate events in collaboration with the marketing department.
Maintain a business relationship with Master's external partners (suppliers)
Promote the branch's services to customers
Ensure that employees provide customer service according to the company's vision
