Under the general supervision of the Brunswick Health Complex, the Laundry Attendant is responsible for managing, maintaining, and distributing medical linen and textile supplies to support the smooth operation of the clinic's departments.

Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, and fold medical linen and textiles in the clinic;
• Ensure the distribution of clean linen to various departments;
• Maintain laundry areas clean, organized, and safe;
• Organize supplies and equipment;
• Maintain an adequate inventory of linen and report the need for restocking;
• Prepare carts and supplies needed for departments;
• Follow hygiene, cleaning, and infection control procedures;
• Handle soiled linen according to established protocols;
• Ensure the confidentiality and respect of the clinical environment;
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams as needed;

Your Profile

• Minimum experience in housekeeping or housekeeping assistance;
• Knowledge of the medical environment is an asset;
