YOUR DAILY MISSIONS

• Illuminate the living environment with your good humor;
• Accompany residents in their daily activities by offering help and support (meal assistance, clothing, mobility, hygiene, and medication);
• Collaborate with team members and/or any other healthcare professionals to ensure the resident has an adapted and secure living environment;
• Participate in creating a warm atmosphere with your colleagues and residents;
• Provide quality customer service to residents and their families;
• Inform the nurse or nursing assistant of significant changes in the resident's condition or any other particularities;
• Act as the first responder in emergency situations;
• Put the well-being and dignity of residents at the heart of your priorities.

Do you have PDSB and RCR training or a diploma in person assistance in institutions and at home? Great! Don't have the training to be a PAB? No problem! We will support you in obtaining the required diplomas, we pay the bill, and you even earn a salary during class hours!
