Pharmacist

Main Responsibilities

• Validate, verify, and release prescriptions.
• Provide personalized customer service, in person and by phone. (Empego in place)
• Supervise and support the technical team.
• Perform 10% of the DVCC (counter and pill dispenser).
• Manage clinical interventions: follow-up of results, interactions, therapeutic substitutions, etc.
• Contribute to vaccination and clinical acts (if certified).
• Collaborate actively with other pharmacists, nurses, and the owner to ensure smooth service at the laboratory.
• Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement.
• Maintain compliance with professional standards and Brunet's internal policies.

Requirements

• Active member of the OPQ.
• Experience in community pharmacy (a significant asset).
• Good proficiency in RxPro software (or willingness to quickly familiarize oneself with it).
• Excellent sense of priorities and time management.
• Ability to work with rigor while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and customer service orientation.
• Benevolent, respectful, and solution-oriented attitude.
