Professional Responsibilities
- Sell postal products and services to businesses and the public;
- Sort, distribute, and properly handle mail;
- Provide clients with information and forms;
- Handle delivery and service issues to quickly and completely resolve problems.

- Admissibility Criteria
- High school diploma or equivalent provincial, or experience in business administration
Training and/or experience related to interacting with the public in retail sales and/or the service industry, including sales and cash transactions
Understanding of ordinary accounting systems or postal offices
Sufficient physical fitness to lift mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for long periods
Flexibility to be available for temporary on-call tasks

During the selection process, chosen candidates will be required to complete a security background check.
