The Position

The *Third Key* provides assistance with all directives related to visual elements, merchandising, and marketing. The holder of this position collaborates with management to ensure the effective running of store and back-of-house activities. In the absence of the managers, the *Third Key* is responsible for all store-related activities.

Responsibilities

• In the absence of the store manager and assistant manager, the *Third Key* is responsible for supervising all store activities, including: opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, restocking and merchandising, customer service, and team supervision.
• Provide exceptional service by creating a warm environment. This includes greeting, welcoming, and approaching each new customer and knowing the products well.
• Process purchases at the checkout.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Assist the store manager in ensuring that standards and norms are met, in accordance with company policies.
• Perform any other related tasks as per the store manager's directives.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in retail
• High school diploma or equivalent, an asset
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to delegate tasks and take responsibility
• Ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work standing for long periods and climb a ladder
• Move, lift, and manipulate merchandise boxes and fixtures in the store (weights up to 13.6 kg).

Availability Requirements

• Days, evenings, and weekends.
