• Welcome and advise customers with professionalism.
• Perform measurements and adjustments.
• Recommend the best-suited frames, ophthalmic lenses, and treatments.
• Participate in order tracking and after-sales service.
• Contribute to achieving the store's objectives while offering an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with optometrists and the sales team to ensure a flawless service.
• Desired profile
• Valid permit from the Order of Optometrists of Quebec.
• Excellent customer service skills.
