What You Will Accomplish with Us
As a Student - Retirement Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Perform various transactions necessary for the administration of pensions and retirement benefits;
Participate in the search for missing participants;
Participate in the verification exercises of pensioner information;
Perform filing, document scanning, printing, and mailings;
Actively participate in improving our ways of doing things and documenting them;
Respond to various customer service and participant requests;
Enter information into various computer platforms and participate in maintaining the information contained in the databases.
What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Position
We are looking for someone who:
Is currently studying at the college or university level in administration or a related field;
Is known for their attention to detail;
Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy;
Shows proficiency in the Office suite;
Demonstrates analytical thinking;
Has intermediate knowledge of English since the person will be required to interact verbally and in writing with internal anglophone colleagues or partners across Canada on a daily basis;
Has excellent linguistic skills in French, both orally and in writing;
Is available full-time during the summer, at 35 hours per week, and a minimum of 15 hours per week during the school year;
Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (an asset).
