What you will accomplish with us

As a Student - Retirement Technician, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Perform various transactions necessary for the administration of pensions and retirement benefits;
• Participate in the search for missing participants;
• Participate in the verification exercises of pensioners' information;
• Perform filing, document scanning, printing, and mailings;
• Actively participate in improving our ways of doing things and documenting them;
• Respond to various requests from the customer service and participants;
• Enter information into various computer platforms and participate in maintaining the information contained in the databases.

• We are looking for a person who:
• Is currently studying at the college or university level in administration or a related field;
• Is known for their attention to detail;
• Stands out for their great autonomy;
• Demonstrates knowledge of the Office suite;
• Shows analytical thinking;
• Possesses intermediate knowledge of the English language since the person will be required to interact verbally and in writing with internal anglophone colleagues or partners across Canada on a daily basis;
• Has excellent linguistic skills in French, both orally and in writing;
• Is available full-time during the summer, working 35 hours per week and a minimum of 15 hours per week during the school year;
• Has 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (an asset).
