Gibby’s is hiring a Server!

Under the responsibility of the general manager and room supervisors, the server ensures attentive and professional service in the dining area, playing a key role in the customer experience and client satisfaction during services.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and ensure the service of dishes and drinks
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about the menu professionally
• Ensure the accuracy of orders and anticipate the needs of customers
• Respond quickly and efficiently to special requests or particular needs
• Clear tables and reinstall tableware and supplies according to established standards
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, well-groomed, and organized environment in the dining area
• Provide attentive, warm, and impeccable service at all times

Desired Profile

• Hospitality or restaurant training (asset)
• Relevant experience in a similarly ranked establishment
• Excellent organizational skills, diligence, and great attention to detail
• Ability to maintain high standards during periods of high traffic
• Neat appearance, natural enthusiasm, and excellent customer service sense
• Comfortable communicating professionally in French and English
