Server Assistant - Gibby's

At Gibby’s, the server assistant supports the dining room team to ensure a smooth, efficient, and elegant service. You oversee the setup, cleaning, and proper execution of the service while contributing to an impeccable guest experience.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist servers in all stages of service
• Set, clean, and reset tables according to the establishment's standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and impeccable environment in the dining room throughout the service
• Facilitate communication between the kitchen and the dining room
• Provide attentive and warm service to guests
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Participate in the cleaning and tidying up of the dining room after the service

Desired Profile

• Hospitality or restaurant training (an asset)
• Relevant experience in a similarly high-end establishment
• Quick execution, organizational sense, and a great attention to detail
• Ability to maintain high standards during periods of high traffic
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and excellent team spirit
• Proficiency in professional communication in French and English
