We are looking for a passionate Room Attendant to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the in-room service. Working in pairs with a server in a dedicated section, you will be responsible for setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and order in the room, and providing active assistance to servers. Your ability to anticipate guests' needs, effectively communicate important information to your colleagues, and quickly execute requested tasks will contribute to offering an exceptional dining experience. Your attention to detail and sense of service will be essential to maintain our high standards.

YOUR ROLE IS CRUCIAL

• Efficiently assist servers and Head Waiters by clearing tables, changing dishes, and preparing tables for new guests.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service areas, including regular cleaning of tables, chairs, and other equipment throughout the service.
• Assist in serving drinks and sides according to guests' specific orders.
• Be attentive to guests' needs and respond proactively to ensure a pleasant and memorable experience.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of the menu and products.
• Demonstrate discretion, agility, and dexterity during your room passes to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times and greet and interact with our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
• Be knowledgeable about the hotel's offerings and schedules to provide complete information to customers.

• You are a graduate in hospitality and/or have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant or reputable hotel.
• You have the energy, endurance, and availability for this demanding role, with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• You are bilingual in French and English for effective communication with an international clientele.
• You maintain exemplary service standards at all times.
• You are passionate, energetic, and professional, with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
