Housekeeper

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces, and change linens to uphold high standards of cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
• Restock cleaning supplies and ensure storage areas are organized and secure
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold hygiene standards

Experience

• Prior custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality settings
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
