About the position

You will work as an insurance claims agent for individuals at one of our offices located in Ste-Julie, Trois-Rivières, Nicolet, Baie-du-Febvre, or Sorel-Tracy in a hybrid formula for Promutuel Assurance Verchères – Les Forges.

What will your workweek look like?

• Identify potential clients using various tools.
• Develop new business opportunities and regularly solicit potential members.
• Represent the mutual company to different stakeholders and associations.
• Advise the clientèle by offering products and services that meet their needs.
• Issue the various policies according to your level of authority.
• Any other related tasks.

Do you have this profile?

• AEC in insurance claims or DEC in financial and insurance services techniques (completed or in progress)
• Experience related to the job (asset)
• AMF license in insurance claims for individuals (obtained or in progress)
• Advanced mastery of the English language, both orally and in writing, to occasionally assist and serve our anglophone clientèle present on the territory and/or our suppliers and to meet the growth objectives of the Promutuel Group through complex interactions related notably to insurance or the Group's business sectors.
