Parts Clerk

H Grégoire Kia Vaudreuil is currently looking for a dynamic and customer service-oriented parts clerk to join their team.

Working Hours

• Full-time, daytime

Responsibilities

• Sell automotive parts at the counter, through the workshop, or by phone;
• Advise customers and meet their needs, in French and English;
• Provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients;
• Inform customers about parts, accessories, and current promotions;
• Inform customers about the full range of products offered;
• Respond effectively to phone calls;
• Make follow-up and solicitation calls to regular customers.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the automotive field;
• Bilingual in French and English, both orally and in writing (intermediate to advanced level), to meet the needs of a francophone and anglophone clientele;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Autonomy, resourcefulness, and initiative.
• The masculine is used to lighten the text.
