Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
• Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service that exceeds expectations
• Manage food preparation tasks including assembling food items and maintaining food safety standards
• Handle cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Experience

• Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry, demonstrating strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and sanitation protocols
• Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy periods
• Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
• Basic math proficiency for cash transactions and order accuracy
• Prior food preparation or food service experience is highly desirable
