• A motivated person to provide high-quality work.
• Excellent physical fitness (lifting weights, operating a hedge trimmer for several hours, and maintaining a good work pace).
• Attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Independence: being able to work alone, without constant supervision.
• Ability to wake up early (departure at 6:30 AM).
• Possession of a reliable means of transportation.
