Cashier/Commis

Main Functions

• Take customer orders at the counter and by phone
• Verify the age of customers purchasing lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products
• Scan items, process payments using the cash register
• Manage order fulfillment, clean counters around the cash register
• Welcome customers and provide customer service
• Package merchandise or place items in bags
• Perform basic store replenishment and maintenance tasks
• Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements

• Punctuality, initiative, team spirit, excellent customer service skills
• No degree requirements
• French spoken and written
• Valid driver's license
• No fear of driving in winter.
• 1 position to be filled
• Full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week
• Evening and weekend schedule

Salary

• Base salary of $19.00 per hour
• Various bonuses applicable
• Expected start date: as soon as possible
• Compensation: starting at $19.00 per hour
