This position is for someone who already knows the trade—not someone looking to learn the basics.

If you're the technician other installers come to for advice, if you're meticulous about every moulding, every trim piece, every calibration, and every vehicle you touch, we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Professional replacement of windshields, door glass, rear glass, quarter glass, and panoramic roofs.
• ADAS camera calibrations
• Leak diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting.
• OEM-quality installations using proper preparation, primers, and urethane systems.
• Careful handling of luxury, exotic, and late-model vehicles.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and workmanship.
• Who We're Looking For
• We're searching for someone with:
• 3-5+ years of professional auto glass installation experience.
• The ability to complete difficult installations confidently without supervision.
• Experience working on luxury and European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Tesla, etc.).
• Strong diagnostic abilities—not just parts replacement.
• Pride in producing flawless work every time.
• A valid driver's licence and a professional attitude.
• Mechanical Experience Is a Major Advantage

Windshield Technician

If you are the technician others turn to for advice, if you pay close attention to details, mouldings, trim pieces, ADAS calibrations, and the quality of every installation, we want to meet you.

Your Responsibilities

• Professional replacement of windshields, door glass, rear glass, quarter glass, and panoramic roofs.
• ADAS system calibrations
• Diagnostics and repairs of water leaks and wind noise.
• OEM-standard installations with proper preparation, activators, and urethane systems.
• Careful handling of luxury, European, electric, and late-model vehicles.
• Maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• The Profile We're Looking For
• We are looking for someone who has:
• At least 3 to 5 years of professional auto glass installation experience.
• The ability to perform complex installations independently.
• Experience with European and luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Tesla, etc.).
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• A strong attention to detail and quality.
• A valid driver's license.
• A professional attitude and a good team spirit.
• Mechanical Experience Is a Major Asset
