Securitas Canada is currently seeking a Security Agent for its contract with Bombardier in Dorval. • Your role:

As a security agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of people, buildings, and operations by performing surveillance, access control, and prevention activities.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols inside buildings, on grounds, and on the tarmac
• Maintain order and report any anomalies or risky situations
• Ensure access control for employees, visitors, and suppliers
• Monitor camera systems and security equipment
• Quickly intervene in incidents and apply established emergency procedures
• Protect the premises and preserve evidence in case of incidents
• Use various communication systems and computer tools
• Write incident reports, daily reports, and any required documentation
• Perform any other tasks requested by the supervisor
• Desired profile

We are looking for a person recognized for their professionalism, diligence, sense of responsibility, and ability to effectively intervene in various situations.

Requirements

• Valid security agent license (BSP)
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in security
• High school diploma (DES / Secondary 5)
• Have resided in Canada for a minimum of 5 to 6 years
• Permanent residency or other status allowing legal work in Canada
• Personal vehicle required
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule of 4 work days | 4 days off
• Bilingualism (French and English) required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Admissible to obtain the red card CZIR (BAP)
