FULLSTACK AI DEVELOPER

As a Fullstack AI Developer, and under the supervision of the IT Delivery Director, you design, develop, and deliver software solutions leveraging advanced agentic coding workflows. You integrate with a team already operating a custom multi-agent Claude Code setup in production. You contribute to evolving this infrastructure and defining the next generation of AI-augmented development within LCI Education.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and deliver software features using agentic coding workflows (code generation from specifications, multi-step task execution, and autonomous problem-solving);
• Design and configure multi-agent workflows tailored to the needs of the LCI digital platform;
• Contribute to the evolution of the existing multi-agent Claude Code setup in production (specialized agents, skills, hooks);
• Apply advanced prompt engineering practices within software development (system prompts, structured outputs, iterative refinement);
• Architect, build, and deploy solutions on a modern composable platform (MACH) powered by Uniform, Vercel, Coveo, Segment, and Dynamics 365;
• Participate in specification-driven development (spec-driven development) by transforming structured requirements into functional code via AI agents;
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into development processes;
• Share best practices and contribute to the evolution of the AI culture within the team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience;
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of practical experience in software development within a modern web environment;
• 2 years of hands-on experience in the agentic Fullstack AI development ecosystem and proficiency with modern tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Supabase, or similar; profiles with at least 1 year of combined experience will also be considered;
• Demonstrated ability to deliver and operate software using AI as a daily work tool;
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript within a modern web stack;
• Familiarity with composable architecture/MACH (headless CMS, API-first, microservices) and modern deployment platforms (Vercel, Next.js);
• Possession of an active GitHub account;
• Proficiency in French (oral and written);
• Proficiency in English at a professional level (oral and written).

This role involves frequent interactions with clients and internal and external partners at a national and global scale. Therefore, professional English proficiency is a requirement for this role.
