Description

As a Financial Planner, you contribute to the support, prospecting, solicitation, development, and maintenance of business relationships with members and clients. You actively participate in the development and maintenance of business relationships with a loyal clientele in your field of activity. You analyze and handle complex information requests from the clientele while taking advantage of your ability to achieve results. You ensure the consistency between the objectives and the satisfaction of members and clients. You intervene with a clientele representing a development potential for your sector. You analyze the needs of members and clients and participate in the elaboration and implementation of adapted solutions and present integrated service offers. More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Establish a consulting relationship by detecting current or potential needs and fostering customer retention.
  • Collect, gather, and analyze information, write reports and recommendations.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and service quality, follow up, and make required improvements.
  • Conduct market vigilance to stay aware of opportunities, trends, and best practices in your field of activity.
  • Collaborate with the various professionals of our clientele (accountant, tax advisor, notary, lawyer).
  • Analyze the insurance needs of our clientele in collaboration with advisors and colleagues.
  • Support asset managers in the 360-degree offer provided to the clientele.
  • Detect opportunities for repatriation of savings and insurance protection.

What you will bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the financial and financial planning domain
  • Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Specialization in taxation
  • Financial Planning designation (Pl. Fin)
  • Designation as a registered representative with the OCRI, in progress or completed
  • Knowledge of French required
