The benefits you can expect
- Hourly wage of $26.54 to $32.47 (varies according to experience);

- Answering the phone;
- Welcoming and directing users;
- Performing clerical work related to user files;
- Preparing files for clients going for exams;
- Checking unit supply orders;
- Referring patients according to their needs;
- Sorting examination reports, archives;
- Providing customer service.
- Essential qualifications (requirements in Health and Social Services):
- DES 5 mandatory;
- DEP in secretarial work OR DEC in office technology OR AEC in office technology OR academic training combined with relevant experience (an asset);
- Pass pre-selection tests (logic, French, Word, and Excel);
- Be available for 2 work shifts (day-night) and 1 weekend every 2 weeks.
