• Store Associate, Key Responsibilities:

Provide a high level of customer service for assigned departments (apparel, durable goods, or grocery):

• Keep planograms, labels, and display standards up to date;
• Participate in daily stock management activities;
• Perform replenishment and merchandising tasks;
• Restock the assigned area;
• Perform other tasks as required by the store manager;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and guidelines;
• Ensure that best practices for loss prevention are followed.

Store Associate, Job Requirements

• Strong customer service skills;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Attention to detail.
• Store Associate, Work Schedule:

Full-time: 35 to 40 hours per week. Day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends.

Part-time: up to 24 hours per week. Mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Store Associate, Physical Job Requirements:

The physical requirements described here are representative of those that employees must meet to perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodation measures may be taken to allow individuals with a disability to perform the essential functions of the job.

In performing your duties, you can expect to:

• Stand and walk;
• Bend, twist, and crouch;
• Lift or move objects weighing up to 18 kg (40 lb);
• Perform tasks requiring a firm grip;
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring a range of hand movements;
• Reach above the shoulders and below the waist;
• Use equipment, including a ladder.
• Key Holder Bonus is added in the following cases: opening and closing the store

Closing: produce cash register reports; ensure all sections are properly stocked; ensure all associates have completed their end-of-shift tasks; assume responsibility for store security, including locking and setting the alarm; and ensure compliance with emergency protocols.

Opening: ensure the store is well-stocked and ready to welcome customers, clean and well-organized; ensure associates are ready to open their areas for the work shift; open cash registers; unlock and deactivate the alarm; receive deliveries; and ensure compliance with emergency protocols.

Universal Employee Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all policies when selling tobacco and lottery products
