You will have the opportunity to actively contribute to a major organizational project: the redesign of the Sainte-Justine University Hospital Center's web portal. In collaboration with the project team, you will participate in the tactical and operational aspects of this digital transformation.

Your Challenges

  • Act as a communication specialist, advising internal departments and clients on communication strategies, the development of communication tools, and the implementation of communication mechanisms;
  • Coordinate certain projects and working groups related to the redesign, ensuring follow-ups with stakeholders and collaborators;
  • Contribute to the preparation, coordination, and revision of web content, including supporting internal collaborators and participating in the optimization of complex content;
  • Develop, in collaboration with internal departments and clients, specific communication plans, primarily of an internal nature, and ensure their deployment;
  • Write, review, and/or adapt content for various communication tools, including internal newsletter, bulletin, intranet, internet, and social media;
  • Maintain and develop a customer service attitude by establishing positive and professional relationships with internal clients and providing assistance, information, and advice;
  • Work closely with team members to align all communication activities;
  • Perform any tasks related to your role or as requested by your supervisor.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
  • Excellent French language skills and superior writing abilities;
  • Strong ability to manage tight deadlines, work quickly, and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Autonomy, political sense, flexibility, and team spirit;
  • Interest in the healthcare field;
  • Experience in project management and website redesign (an asset).

  • Hourly wage ranging from $30.07 to $49.89, depending on experience;
  • Unionized position for one year at 35 hours per week with the possibility of extension;
