Our team and residents are currently looking for a NURSE, ASSISTANT TO THE IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR 7/14 night shift 7/14 day-night rotation 10/14 day-night rotation embodying the values of Kindness, Excellence, and Responsibilization.

• Competencies sought and requirements:

As an Assistant to the Immediate Superior, you must be sensitive to the notions of emotional intelligence, communication, conflict management, training support, and team management.

• Hold a practice permit from the Order of Nurses and Nurses of Quebec (O.I.I.Q.);
• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in nursing;
• Hold a bachelor's degree in nursing sciences (BAC) would be an asset;
• Possess experience in long-term care will be considered an asset.
