DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a clinical nurse to join the flying squad for the Mental Health and Addiction Programs Department (DPSMD) in the Jardins-Roussillon territory. Flying squads play a central role in the continuous improvement of care quality, prioritize clinics where needs are most pressing, and directly contribute to the continuity and stability of services.

The following position is available:

• Full-time Day/Night
• The person in this position may be required to work in the following sectors:
• Psychiatry Unit at Anna-Laberge Hospital
• Brief Intervention Psychiatry Unit at Anna-Laberge Hospital
• Mental Health and Addiction Liaison at Emergency
• Mental Health Access Mechanism
• Intensive Follow-up in the Community (SIM)
• First Psychotic Episodes (PEP)
• Brief Intensive Home Treatment (TIBD)

Assignments may vary based on clinical and operational needs.

What the position includes:

• Specialized orientation in mental health and addiction
• Opportunity to work in both internal and external services
• Close collaboration with the multidisciplinary team

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in nursing

OR

• Hold a bachelor's degree (BAC) in nursing

OR

• Hold a bachelor's degree (BAC) comprising three (3) admissible certificates, including at least two (2) recognized certificates in nursing

AND

• Be a member of the Order of Nurses and Nurses of Quebec (OIIQ)
• Be available to work one weekend out of two
