Entrepreneur Counter Associate

The Entrepreneur Counter Associate is responsible for managing relationships with our business owner clients. They are tasked with stimulating sales by offering solutions based on the full range of products offered at Home Depot. Meeting the needs of entrepreneurs is an absolute priority, and candidates for this position must have basic knowledge in the field of residential construction and renovation. They are true mobile ambassadors in the store and must actively seek out new potential entrepreneurs directly on the sales floor. In short, their main goal is to build lasting relationships with entrepreneurs who visit our stores in order to grow new accounts and generate potential customers.

Experience and skills required

• Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
• Candidates must be willing to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday between 6 AM and 6 PM.
• This position requires being active and on your feet, as well as climbing ladders and lifting loads.
• The ideal candidate has experience in sales, retail, and the residential renovation industry.
• Ability to lift a load weighing up to 23 kg (50 lb), alone or with the help of a colleague.
• Pay attention to details and demonstrate autonomy, while knowing how to work as a team.
