Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Demand Planner, your daily routine will be filled with stimulating challenges that will allow you to fully deploy your talent.

Your area of action:

• Define and maintain demand by customer and by type of machine
• Act as the leader of the S&OP process for the demand planning aspect of your sector
• Analyze sales and market statistics, feed a statistical database, contribute to the efficiency of communication regarding adjustments to be made, and the dissemination of information
• Monitor demand on a monthly basis and communicate up-to-date projections to support decision-making
• Identify gaps between the execution of the sales plan and forecasts while supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Understand internal and external factors that may influence demand

Required Qualifications

• You are a natural fit for the Demand Planner position if you identify with:
• A bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Extensive and in-depth expertise in planning and distribution activities, especially
• Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent knowledge of planning tools
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills
• Customer-focused approach and good communication skills
• Proficiency in French and English to communicate easily with our units and partners in Quebec, the anglophone provinces, and the United States
