Sales Associate – Spa

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on-site;
• Respond to reservation requests by phone and email;
• Prospect customers by phone and follow up to sell spa packages;
• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate sales actions to meet objectives;
• Develop new sales strategies in collaboration with the spa director and sales committee to ensure the growth of the spa;
• Coach the spa team to achieve service and store sales goals;
• Write sales reports and projections and identify actions to be implemented.

Job Requirements

• DEP in sales or any other relevant training for the position;
• Two years of experience working in a spa;
• Very good knowledge of the spa industry;
• Bilingualism.
