Open and assist clients/visitors in entering and exiting the hotel. Monitor and direct the flow of individual and commercial vehicle traffic on the property, including client cars, taxis, limousines, and buses, to ensure legal parking and smooth, efficient traffic flow. Orient clients and inform them about the hotel's facilities, services, and operating hours, as well as nearby attractions and activities. Monitor and ensure the safety and cleanliness of parking areas and levels, report to a supervisor/manager any safety risks/vehicles of concern, unauthorized personnel, or potential security issues. Secure vehicles and vehicle keys. Inform clients/visitors about parking procedures. Follow and implement the chain's policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and hazardous work conditions to the responsible party; complete safety training and certifications; maintain hotel information confidentiality; protect company property. Greet and receive clients according to company standards, anticipate their needs and address them, assist disabled persons, and thank clients warmly. Use clear and polite language in all communications; answer the phone using appropriate language. Develop positive and constructive professional relationships with your peers; unite and assist each other to achieve common goals. Comply with quality requirements and standards. Be accustomed to working standing, sitting, and on the move for long periods of time or throughout the shift. Move, lift, carry, pull, and place loads weighing a maximum of 4.5 kilograms independently. Perform all other tasks requested by supervisors and that correspond to the position.
