Assistant Manager – Provisions Meat Market & Wine Bar

Location: 1142 Van Horne Avenue, Montreal

Position: Full-time

Provisions is an establishment that combines a neighborhood butcher shop, a midday take-out offer, and an evening steakhouse featuring the butcher's products and seasonal ingredients.

The evening service has approximately 50 seats (indoor and terrace) and typically accommodates 20 to 45 guests. The team is intentionally small, autonomous, and versatile.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations.
• Actively participate in in-room service.
• Manage schedules and reservations.
• Purchase equipment.
• Participate in wine list and menu management.
• Respond to emails and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate events and support all operations.
• Desired Profile
• Experience in room management or as a head chef in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to make decisions.
• Interest in wine, quality products, and the restaurant industry.
