Location of Work: In person (Montreal, QC)
Employment Type: Temporary full-time (3 months)

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for data entry into the database, ensuring that all information is valid and accurate.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Receive and record invoices, forms, files, and other documents for data entry;
- Enter data into appropriate computerized databases and software;
- Verify that data is accurate and complete and make necessary corrections;
- The candidate must commit to respecting the fundamental principles of the movement and embody the fundamental competencies of the Society: team excellence, service excellence, accountability, and results-oriented mindset.
Desired Profile
- Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office tools and the Red Cross database;
- Ability to work in a team, professionally, on multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines;
- Sense of organization, diligence, and attention to detail;
- Sense of responsibility and priorities.
Working Conditions
- Possibility of working unusual hours (e.g., late at night or on weekends) and long working hours, in a demanding context;
- Possibility of being deployed across the entire affected territory, if necessary;
- Given that we provide services to communities and work with people (managers, colleagues, clients, volunteers, donors, and external partners) across Canada and the world, candidates whose native language is not English may need to use English in the performance of their duties;
