Pharmacy Technical Assistant (Sterile Hood) - No Evening Shifts

The Proxim Bergeron, Dupuis and Karim pharmacy located at 490 Victoria Street in Saint-Lambert is looking for a Pharmacy Technical Assistant for its sterile hood department.

Employment Conditions:

• Full-time (permanent) position, 40 hours per week;
• Day shift schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, no evening shifts and one weekend day off every four weeks.

• Tasks for the Sterile Hood:
• Prepare sterile hood preparations (insulin syringes, intermatte, cassette, air evacuation bag, gravity bag, syringe, ophthalmic drop, etc.);
• Prepare methadone;
• Package prescriptions by affixing labels to bottles and applying appropriate precautionary stickers;
• Respond to customers when a line is transferred to the sterile hood;
• Collect relevant patient information. Create new patient files on the computer and ensure their updates.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technical Assistant diploma;
