Closing Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are prepared quickly and accurately until closing.
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle problematic situations as needed.
• Check inventories and perform necessary preparation tasks for the next day.
• Ensure the kitchen, equipment, work surfaces, and dining area are thoroughly cleaned.
• Perform closing tasks according to established procedures.
• Verify that food is properly stored, labeled, and maintained according to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Rotate products and report reordering needs.
• Ensure that waste is removed and that work areas are clean and safe.
• Perform cash closing and follow procedures for money and transactions.
• Verify that doors, equipment, and facilities are secured before leaving.
• Ensure that alarms and security systems are activated, when required.
• Salary: $17.60 per hour
