Associate at Cash Registers (Part-Time)

The Associate, Store Front, proactively directs customers to open cash registers and assists customers at self-service cash registers. They process transactions accurately and quickly by implementing our 'ACTion at every transaction' checkout process.

Main Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction

Use the customer service model Pass the ACTion: greet the customer, build a connection with them, and conclude the transaction with thanks.

Demonstrate good knowledge of products and services, and make appropriate suggestions to meet customer needs.

Treat all customers and associates with sincerity and gratitude; reduce waiting time at the cash register and greet waiting customers.

Promote and recommend offered services, such as credit services, extended warranty, Rental, Pro Service, etc.

Maintain security and integrity and reduce losses

Respect all security and loss prevention policies and methods.

Respect Store Front processes to reduce losses and protect assets.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience: One or two years of experience in the retail sector or as a cashier, an asset.
