Administration Agent

Official Internal Job Title: Administration Agent

Status: Temporary (Fixed-term)

As an administration agent for collective savings, you will analyze and process transactions in loans or investment vehicles such as: guaranteed interest accounts, SSQ separate funds, and pensions for investors, brokers, representatives, retirement fund managers, and investment managers. You will also process individual or collective investment transactions based on the type of product: CÉLI, RÉER, CRI, INV, FERR, FRV.

You will perform the following functions

• Perform tasks related to the analysis and processing of loan or investment transactions requested by the client.
• Apply necessary administrative procedures to minimize risks.
• Apply tax rules related to the processing of loan, investment, redemption, transfer, etc., transactions.
• Provide or request, by phone, interview, or correspondence, information related to loan or investment transactions to advisors or clients from inside or outside the Company.
• Perform necessary research to follow up on information requested by phone, interview, or correspondence.
• Meet different people from the Company to obtain the necessary information related to the activities of the management.
• Operate a computer to receive and transmit information to management systems.
• Participate in collective work organized by the management.

Your skills and qualifications

• College diploma in a relevant field to the position.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written French.
• Advanced mastery of English, both orally and in writing, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools, or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or suppliers who are anglophones, or to meet the company's growth objectives (bilingualism). Selected candidates will be required to take an English test.
